Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to run our buyer network. We don't sell your personal data. We use industry-standard security to protect it. We also work with website analytics and visitor-identification partners — see below for what they do and how to opt out.

What we collect

• Contact information — Name and email when you join our network.
• Business information — Inventory details when you work with us.
• Mobile phone number — When you opt in to SMS communications.
• Usage data — Basic analytics to help us improve the website.
• Deal email sign-ups — Your business name, ZIP code and email, and optionally your website and phone number, when you sign up for our deal emails.
• Sign-up records — The time, IP address and browser of your sign-up and of your email confirmation, kept as proof that you asked for our emails.
• Advertising data — If you reached us from an ad, the ad's click identifier and campaign details.
• Supplier contact form — Company name, your name, work email, phone number, a description of the inventory you have and, optionally, what kind of business you are, when you ask us about selling inventory. The IP address of the submission is also kept for 30 days to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To communicate with you about our services.
• To process and manage inventory recovery on your behalf.
• To follow up on a supplier enquiry by email or phone.
• To improve our website and services.
• To send you updates (only if you've opted in).
• To check that a business that signs up for our deal emails is one we can serve, using public sources such as its website and business listings.
• To send the deal emails you signed up for. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe.
• To measure our advertising (see below).

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in to texts, we'll send messages related to the buyer network — things like inventory matches, status updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on activity in your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is not sold and is not passed to our analytics or visitor-identification partners.

A phone number you give us on the deal email sign-up form or the supplier contact form is used only to call you about your sign-up, account or enquiry. We won't text it unless you separately opt in to texts.

What we don't do

• Sell your personal information to anyone.
• Share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Website analytics and visitor identification

When you visit our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our data partners to associate your visit with personal information — including an email address — that they or their sources already have about you. We (or service providers acting on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to those addresses.

Advertising measurement

Our deal email sign-up and supplier contact pages use the Google tag to measure our Google Ads. When someone who clicked one of our ads signs up, confirms their email or is approved, we tell Google Ads, using the ad's click identifier and a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of the email address so Google can match it to the ad. We don't share the rest of your sign-up details with Google. Nothing from the supplier contact form is sent to Google Ads.

How long we keep it

If you sign up for our deal emails but never confirm your email address, we delete your contact details from that sign-up within 30 days. The IP address of a supplier contact form submission is deleted after 30 days. Otherwise we keep your information while you're part of our network, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
